Job Description :
- An accounting degree
- Construction accounting is desirable
- 3 years minimum accounting management experience
- Ability to close month-end books
- Ability to perform WIP over/under billing adjustments
- Ability to make decisions and keep a deadline
- Ability to process payroll with job costing
- Ability to do cash flow analysis and financial review with owners
- Ability to review and issue contracts.
- Ability to handle all compensation benefits.
