Accounting Manager-14275
Our client, a growing cybersecurity company, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager will have experience maintaining the financial records of the company, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in the company’s books, and assisting with other accounting-related services such as tax preparation or internal auditing. The Accounting Assistant will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position is in office in Franklin.
Responsibilities:
- Process A/P and vendor payments, A/R, billing, and client revenue collections using QBO
- Process Payroll bi-monthly, using the Paychex payroll system
- Prepare financial reports and other schedules to track business performance such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, A/P & A/R Aging Reports, Cash Flow Reports, etc.
- Reconcile Cash accounts monthly
- Reconcile A/P and A/R balances monthly to ensure that all transactions have been recorded accurately
- Review financial statements and other records to identify potential discrepancies
- Ensure that all accounting records are kept up to date
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end cutoff and close of the books
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO.

· 3+ years’ experience utilizing Quickbooks Online - QB certifications a plus!
· Accounting skills to record transactions, reconcile accounts and assist with preparation of financial statements
· Experience in data entry to record financial transactions and maintain financial records
· Ability to effectively communicate with the CFO and other co-workers in a clear and concise manner. Reflect a desire to serve and support co-workers to provide them with information needed to make informed business decisions
· Ability to use analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to issues that arise in the company
· Ability to be proactive, work independently, and be self-motivated in all work assigned.
Requirements:
